ExhAUST New Music Collective

I’m so thrilled to announce the launch of the New York-based ExhAUST New Music Collective’s 2012-13 season. It kicks off with a little fundraising here and a great, great concert on November 10, 8PM at Spectrum (121 Ludlow St, New York).

The money raised during the Pozible fundraising campaign will go a long way to helping ExhAUST continue its magnificent brief of bringing the music of young Australians to the Big Apple. So please head on over and drop some change in the tin.
The concert will feature yours truly alongside a lineup of some of the best Australian music-makers to grace the fine city of NY. There’ll be works by composers Julian Day, Lisa Dowling (also featuring on double bass), Tim Hansen, Aristea Mellos, Cyrus Meurant, Lachlan Skipworth and Chris Williams, all performed by Ashley Smith (clarinet), Isabelle O’Connell (piano)*, Will Martina (cello) and Rich Vaudrey (cello).

*Isabelle is our only ringer! She’s Irish. Which is practically Australian, right?
